ATLAS Framework copyright © 1991-2006 by ATLAS WARES Co., a division of Customware Solutions, Inc., a Tennessee Corporation headquartered in Memphis. All rights reserved except as follows.

The ATLAS Framework ("Software") is licensed and not sold, and a license registration is required. A registered licensee ("Licensee") may use this product, its included data definitions ("Source"), and its other components as follows:

1. This Software is provided 'as-is', without any express or implied warranty. In no event will the authors be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this Software.
2. The origin of this Software must not be misrepresented; Licensee must not claim authorship of this Software, its Source, or any derivative of it.
3. Licensee is permitted to alter the Source code and resulting objects as required for use in his development efforts.
4. Altered versions of this Software's Source must be plainly marked as such, and must not be misrepresented as being the original Software.
5. This Software may not be sold for profit by Licensee as a stand-alone product.
6. Licensee may sell commercial applications which incorporate components of this Software for profit, provided the product includes properly attributed Source code for any components derived from this Software.
7. This notice may not be removed or altered from any distribution of this Software or its derivative products.
